Salisbury Steak
Quick and easy Salisbury Steak recipe. It's a family favorite.

Equipment
- 1 13"x9" baking pan
Ingredients
- 2 lb Ground beef I use round or sirloin
- 2 Eggs
- 2 pkg McCormick Onion Gravy You can also use brown gravy and add 2 tablespoons of dried onions
- 1-2 Tbsp Water
- 3 pkg McCormicks Brown Gravy You can use Brown Gravy with Mushrooms
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, eggs, McCormicks Onion Gravy and 1 tablespon of water. If it feels too dry add a second tablespoon.
- Spray baking dish with Pam lightly. Form ground beef mix into 6-8 patties and place in baking dish.
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Make the Brown Gravy according to package directions.
- Remove the Salisbury Steak from oven and carefully drain the excess fat. I usually take the patties out of the before draining the fat.
- Replace patties in pan and pour gravy over the patties.
- Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
